My academic background in Psychology, Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior, motivation, and development. I hold an Honors degree in BCom Human Resource Management from the University of Stellenbosch, one of South Africa’s most prestigious universities.
